Jill joined Meadow Brook in May 1995 to work part-time in the Billing office.  In July 1995, she accepted a full-time position and split her time between the Billing and Payroll offices. Jill moved to full-time responsibilities in the Accounts Receivable department in July 1997.  In the last several years, the introduction of Medicare part D programs (prescription drug coverage), multiple Medicare Advantage plans and changes in the State of Michigan’s Medicaid system have resulted in an ongoing wave of confusion and questions from residents and family members.  Jill meets every resident or family member with a positive “can do” attitude.  She is gifted with the ability to explain these complicated systems to residents and family members in a way that is easier to understand. Outside of work, Jill is pursuing an Associate’s degree in Accounting through Northwestern Michigan College.

Additionally, she is active in the Central Lake Lioness organization and serves as treasurer for the church she attends. In her free time, Jill loves playing with her Yorkshire terriers and is an avid Detroit Redwings and Detroit Tigers fan.
