2008 Employee of the Year!

Ken Juhasz, CNA

Ken Juhasz has been selected as the 2008 Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility Employee of the Year.  Ken has been a certified nurse’s aide at the Facility since November, 2002.  He was nominated for  this award by fellow employees who appreciate his assistance and dedication to the residents of Meadow Brook.  Ken is a graduate of the Facility’s nurse aide training program and was already licensed as an EMT upon hire.  He states that he originally came to Meadow Brook to become a CNA and then continue his education to become a nurse.  He hasn’t ruled out going on for a nursing degree but really enjoys his position as a nurse’s assistant.  Ken is married with 7 children and 3 grandchildren.  When he is away from the facility he likes working with cars and has two extra part time jobs.  He is active as a firefighter and EMT with the Bellaire Fire Department. 

When asked what he enjoys most about his job, Ken states, “the residents.”
