Nattalie has been employed at Meadow Brook since September, 1997. Nattalie is a graduate of the Meadow Brook nursing assistant class and stated that at first she didn’t think she could do the kind of hands on personal care required but found that she enjoyed caring for the residents and is glad she made the decision to try. Nattalie was nominated for this award by a Meadow Brook resident who cited her hard work and care for the residents as the reason for the nomination. Residents and their families speak highly of the care that Nattalie provides and her attention to detail that is important to the residents. In Nattalie’s time away from the facility she enjoys spending time with her 21 grandchildren and a brand new 3 week old granddaughter. When asked what she enjoys about her job, Nattalie states “Everything”. She enjoys the hands on care she is able to provide as a nursing assistant and finds the staff and residents at the facility to be a great support system.
