Serenity Suite

Meadow Brook has added a private room for residents and family members to use when the resident condition is critical and terminal care is being provided. This is a very sensitive time for family members, friends and caregivers. The room is called the Serenity Suite and offers a number of comfort measures for the family. Family members who would like to stay 24 hours a day are provided a place to sleep, a private sitting area and courtesy meals. This room provides privacy for visitors to spend time with the family and their loved one. There is no additional cost for the use of the Serenity Suite. Meadow Brook staff felt a private area was important during this time of a resident’s care.

The Serenity Suite took twelve months to complete and was facilitated by a donation In Honor of Ron and Helen Meeder of Mancelona.

Since the Serenity Suite opened in January, Meadow Brook has received many compliments from families. Meadow Brook welcomes visitors anytime to visit and tour the facility
