Van Services

Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility currentlyhas three vans with wheelchair lifts to transport residents to medical appointments. We provide a driver and would like a family member to accompany their family member.

The Therapeutic Recreation staff plan programs out of the facility to local restaurants, color tours, and drives throughout the County for the residents. Family members can prearrange to use a van to take family members out of the facility. Medical Records staff schedule all requests for transportation.

Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility also works in conjunction with Antrim County Transportation in an effort to meet all of our residents needs.

 

Van Use Fees

Policy:

Fees for use of Meadow Brook Medical Care Facility vans shall be applied in accordance with the facility van fee schedule.

Van Fee Schedule

For medical reasons (Hospital / Medical Appointments: No Charge.

Use of van up to one hour for any reason: No Charge.
